Dear business partners, clients, and friends of the company,
It is with deep sadness that we announce that our long-time managing director, Mr. Libor Škarda, has suddenly passed away.
Mr. Libor Škarda devoted almost 30 years of his career and energy to Nieten Internationale Spedition, s.r.o. His vision, dedication, and human approach were the cornerstones of our success, and we will all miss him immensely. At this difficult time, we join his family and friends in expressing our sincere condolences.

New management and ensuring stability
At the same time, we would like to inform you about the immediate and proper securing of the company's operations.

  • New company management: In accordance with our statutes, Ms. Maria Edith Lastovka has been appointed as the new managing director of the company. Ms. Maria Lastovka is a manager with experience in the field of customs services and is fully prepared to take on responsibility for the strategic management of the company. Last year, she also took over the management of the German company Nieten Internationale Spedition GmbH & Co.KG.
  • Appointment of a procura - authorised signatory: To strengthen operational management and ensure continuity, a new procura - authorised signatory, Mr. Pavel Šindelář, has also been appointed. Mr. Pavel Šindelář has long served as a key manager in our company in the areas of operations, sales, and customs issues. His appointment guarantees stability in key operational processes.
